Plans, cancellation & refunds

• Plans (weekly, monthly, 3 months) are prepaid for a fixed period and do not renew automatically.
• A plan includes a reserved slot (whitelist) for its duration and may include bonus points as shown on the support page.
• Benefits start only after the payment provider confirms the payment.

Cancelling stops nothing you already paid for: access continues until the end of the period. There is no automatic renewal to stop.

• If a payment is refunded or disputed (chargeback), the related whitelist access is revoked and bonus points are reversed. If the bonus was already spent, the case is reviewed by staff.
• Refund requests are reviewed individually; contact the staff.

When a plan ends, the reserved slot ends automatically.
