Privacy policy

• Steam ID (from Steam sign-in): to identify your account and match it with server statistics.
• Discord ID, username and whether you are a member of our Discord server (only if you link Discord): to verify membership missions. We request only the "identify" and "guilds.members.read" permissions and do not keep Discord access tokens.
• In-game name and gameplay events (kills, deaths, revives, rounds, playtime) sent by our game server: for statistics, leaderboards and missions.
• In-game chat messages, reports and admin requests received from the game server: analysed automatically for moderation (abuse, links, spam, team kills) and visible only to authorised staff.
• Points transactions, rewards and payments: to run the points bank and supporter plans. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach us.
• Session cookie and browser name: to keep you signed in securely.

Your display name and, unless you opt out, your statistics on the leaderboard, profile and wrapped pages. Steam, EOS and Discord identifiers are never published.

• Make your profile private, hide yourself from the leaderboard or from wrapped (account page).
• Unlink Discord at any time.
• Ask staff for a copy of your data or for deletion of your account (through our Discord or a ticket). Staff verify that the request comes from the account owner and handle it from the administration panel.

• Sessions: deleted 30 days after they expire.
• Points ledger, purchases and payments: kept for accounting and fraud prevention, even after account deletion (linked to an anonymized account).
• Moderation records (bans, decisions): kept while relevant to server safety.
• Previously linked Steam/Discord IDs: kept to prevent reward abuse through re-registration.
• Backups: rotated according to the configured retention (default 14 days).
• In-game chat and live match events: kept only for the current round and the last five completed rounds, then deleted; excerpts attached to a moderation alert are kept with the alert (closed alerts are deleted after 90 days by default).

When a deletion request is completed, your profile is anonymized, linked accounts are removed, sessions are revoked and active benefits end. Records listed above as retained are kept in anonymized form.
