Common questions
My whitelist is active but I still wait in the queue
The game server reads the whitelist from the platform periodically. New entries apply after the next fetch (or after a map change). If it takes longer than an hour, open a ticket.
My kills or revives are not counted
Combat statistics need the game server's log events, which are not connected yet. Playtime, squad-leader time and matches played are tracked live.
How do I change my display name?
Your name follows your Steam name automatically. You can set a custom name on your account page.
How do I get a copy of my data or delete my account?
Contact the staff through a Discord ticket. They verify that the request comes from you and handle it.
